Our chef will prepare an additional 5% over the guaranteed attendee number to cover those unexpected guests. You will be expected to provide an attendance estimate with your initial booking in order to determine the ideal function space(s) to accommodate your group. Menus must then be pre-selected at least one month before the wedding day. Two weeks prior to the event date we will require a more accurate estimate of guaranteed attendees. Finally, a guaranteed number is due 72 business hours before your event.
