It’s patio season! Head up to Mantles patio for a rotating selection of barbeque favourites every Sunday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Our selections of mouthwatering meat are slow cooked in house to perfection for up to 18 hours. Vegan options available.

Comedy Night at Sun Peaks

Vancouver’s Underground Comedy Club comes to Sun Peaks. 

Get ready for a 90-minute comedy showcase featuring four hilarious acts: Jon Gagnon, Akeem Hoyte Charles, Nicole Anne, and host Scott Patey from the acclaimed Vancouver Underground Comedy Club.

Mantles Travel Series Part 3: Hanoi Nights and Flavours

Journey Through Cuisine & Culture on Wednesday, September 3

Travel the world through a three-part immersive dining experience led by Executive Chef Kartik, who will guide guests on a rich, sensory journey through unique culinary landscapes.

The third leg of the journey lands you in the capital of Vietnam where you will experience a sweet-and-spicy balance of flavours with fresh, simple ingredients that jump off the plate.

Each course will be introduced by Chef Kartik, who will share personal stories, culinary insights, and the cultural inspirations behind every plate.

Appetizer: Goi vit xoai, fresh duck and mango salad rolls filled with roasted duck, crispy lettuce, mango, herbs, and rice noodles, served with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce.

Main course: Bo luc lac, grilled lemongrass beef served with stir-fried rice noodles, fresh herbs, and a side of sweet soy sauce, garlic, and chili.

Dessert: Banh kem flan vai, a creamy Vietnamese-style caramel flan dessert infused with the sweetness of vai (lychee), rich and smooth, served chilled.
