Sun Peaks Grand provides a complimentary podium. We would be happy to order any additional items on your behalf through our in-house audio-visual supplier, SW Audio Visual.
Can we organize lift tickets through the hotel for our group?
Yes, tickets can be organized and made available to your guests at the time of check-in. We require tickets to be billed to your master account.
Do you have outdoor meeting spaces?
Yes, Sun Peaks Grand Terrace accommodates up to 70 guests.

Do you allow outside catering on-premises?
Our talented culinary team is happy to provide all catering at Sun Peaks Grand Hotel and Conference Centre. We are a fully licensed and full-service catering provider. To ensure all food provided in our event spaces is to Sun Peaks Grand Hotel and Conference Centre’s standard, we do not allow outside catering.
