Local-ish Perks - Hotel and The Residences
Deposit Policy: One-night room and tax deposit due upon booking.
Book By: One-day advance booking is required.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking up until 4:00pm Pacific Time (PT), fourteen days before arrival, without penalty. Reservations canceled after this time will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full deposit amount.
During Festive periods, such as Christmas and the week of Family Day, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one night's room rate and tax will be processed at the time of booking. The remaining balance for the entire stay will be charged thirty days prior to arrival as prepayment. You may cancel your booking up until 4:00pm PT, thirty days before arrival. The initial deposit is non-refundable. Reservations canceled after this time will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total prepayment amount.
