Every course is introduced by Chef Kartik, who shares his stories, insights, and cultural influences behind each dish.
The final chapter transports guests to Egypt, a land shaped by ancient culinary traditions and the life-giving Nile. This evening showcases flavours from Cairo, Alexandria, and Sharm El Shaikh, inviting you into the world of pharaohs and pyramids, where fragrant herbs and time-honoured dishes have been cherished for centuries.
