On April 15, enjoy a multi-course dining experience featuring Phantom Creek Estates of Oliver, BC. Each course is carefully paired to complement the winery’s portfolio, creating a seamless progression of flavours throughout the evening.

Located on the Black Sage Bench in Oliver, BC, Phantom Creek Estates is a family-owned winery rooted in a commitment to organic farming and sustainable vineyard practices.
