Heffley Lake is a 14-minute drive from Sun Peaks Resort. As you follow the main road back towards Kamloops, there is a forestry road leading into the camping and day area site on the left-hand side of the road.
The public recreation area has a boat launch, making the lake accessible for water-skiing and tubing. And with crystal-clear water, this reservoir lake is perfect for swimming as well.
