Fire & Ice brings together a collection of cozy après experiences across Sun Peaks Grand. Gather around the fire for s’mores and gourmet hot chocolate on the patio, enjoy raclette at Mantles, or turn up the heat with Hot Stone Après at Morrisey’s. These winter moments pair hearty mountain dining with the lively après atmosphere of the village.

The Fire & Ice Bar at Mantles has concluded. 

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Mantles patio this winter. As the season changes, we’re welcoming spring patio dining at Sun Peaks Grand. Enjoy outdoor drinks, share plates and mountain views at Mantles Restaurant or Morrisey’s Public House.

About the Fire & Ice Bar

A custom-designed outdoor bar carved entirely from ice, the Fire & Ice Bar was a memorable spot for an après beverage at Mantles. Set above the Village Square with views of Tod Mountain, it paired crisp winter air with the glow of tiki torches and a picture-perfect alpine backdrop.
