Every course is introduced by Chef Kartik, who shares his stories, insights, and cultural influences behind each dish.

About Executive Chef Kartik Kumar

Executive Chef Kartik Kumar is an internationally travelled chef whose career spans Africa, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. His mastery of ethnic cuisines has led him to prepare meals for notable figures such as Mother Teresa, King Charles, and the Dalai Lama. Fluent in six languages and experienced in both intimate and large-scale culinary environments, Chef Kartik  brings unparalleled passion, authenticity, and cultural depth to every plate he creates.
