The culinary team at Mantles invites you to settle into an indulgent alpine tradition: raclette, the beloved Swiss-style shared meal. Gather around a tabletop grill and melt traditional raclette cheese to your liking, pairing it with premium meats, including bison sausage, Goldriver AAA striploin, cherry chorizo and more, along with seafood and hand-crafted accompaniments.
It’s nourishing, linger-a-little-longer dining that pairs perfectly with post-slope stories from the perfect Sun Peaks day, especially with a glass in hand. Ideal for small groups of friends and family.
Daily, 3:00pm to 5:00pm
Price: $75 per person (minimum 2 people)
