Sun Peaks Grand

Core to the resort experience is the recreation area, spanning three mountains and the winding valley at their base. The natural architecture has been brilliantly incorporated into its design to maximize ease of access to skiing and snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, golf and many other seasonal activities.

Sun Peaks has long been home to Olympic gold medalist and Canada’s Female Athlete of the Twentieth Century, Nancy Greene, and she continues to engage and entertain resort guests on- and off-mountain. Après ski entertainment, romantic sleigh rides, moonlit snowshoe tours, cozy fondues, torchlight skiing, tubing and family night at the ice rink extend this winter wonderland beyond the day’s alpine adventures.

The postcard-perfect village is wonderfully animated in the summer with farmers markets, destination weddings, popular festivals and a concert series. Explore the mountains through an elaborate network of trails for multiple ability levels and challenge yourself on the stunning championship alpine golf course.

Although the resort is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, it is just as attractive to those with a preference for solitude or stillness and a gentle appreciate for nature, seeking to relax and be pampered. Try wildlife and bird-watching, soak in the sun by the pool or treat yourself to a massage.

The development of a full complement of activities, facilities, amenities and services has created an artfully-integrated experience for the Sun Peaks visitor and we invite you to enjoy the abundance of activities and events. You’re very welcome!
